Every quote is built around four variables. Understanding them helps you come to the conversation prepared.

Role Seniority

A junior data entry operator and a senior software engineer have very different market rates. Seniority is the single biggest driver of staff costs in any engagement.

Team Size

Larger teams unlock better economics: both in managed services fee and in operational efficiency. A team of 10 costs less per seat than a team of 2.

Service Type

Technical services (software development, IT infrastructure) carry higher specialist rates than operational services (data entry, call center). BPO engagements include management overhead that pure talent placements don't.

Engagement Length

Longer commitments offer more stable, cost-efficient terms. Short-term or project-based engagements are available but priced to reflect their flexibility.

No hard minimum. We work with clients starting from a single placement, though larger teams offer better per-seat economics.
Is there a minimum contract length? +
Our standard minimum engagement is 3 months. We recommend 6 months to allow the team time to integrate and deliver meaningful results.
What's included in the managed services fee? +
HR, payroll, contracts, compliance, workspace (if office-based), IT infrastructure, account management, and performance support. The fee is designed so you never have to think about operational overhead. That's our job.
Can I scale up or down mid-contract? +
Yes. Scaling up typically takes 1–3 weeks. Scaling down requires 30 days notice.
Do you work with clients outside Egypt? +
All of our clients are based outside Egypt, in Europe, the Gulf, and North America. Our entire model is built for remote partnership.
